We are seeking a reliable and flexible Mobile Relief Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This is a hands-on role providing cover across a range of client sites throughout South East Wales. Primarily based in Neath and Swansea, however may include occasionally travelling to our other sites in Ammanford and as far as Cardiff/Newport. The position offers excellent variety, with split shifts across early mornings and evenings and the opportunity to represent a leading cleaning company known for quality and reliability.
What We Offer:
- £15 per hour pay rate
- Paid travel time between sites
- Uniform and full training provided
- Supportive management team and established company reputation
- Vehicle provided however may be required to use own vehicle on occasion (mileage paid when using your own vehicle)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cleaning cover across multiple client sites as required
- Deliver high cleaning standards in line with company and client expectations
- Support new contract start-ups and cover staff absences or holidays
- Follow all cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety requirements
- Work early morning and evening split shifts with flexibility depending on site needs
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Full, clean UK driving licence - essential
- Flexibility to travel between sites across the region
- Excellent reliability, timekeeping and attention to detail
- Professional, courteous and customer-focused attitude
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
