We are seeking a Water Restoration Technician to perform water mitigation services, ensure quality work on job sites, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Responding to service calls for water damage restoration
- Performing water extraction, demolition, and drying processes
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Documenting jobs with photos, moisture readings, and notes
- Following SERVPRO production guidelines and safety standards
- Communicating clearly with customers and office staff
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site and vehicle
- Perform production processes as directed
- Inventory and load/unload job site equipment
- Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the job
- Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown
- Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
Job Requirements
- Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in confined spaces, heights, and various environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work overtime and participate in on‑call rotation

Work Hours and Travel
This is a full‑time position working 7:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with additional hours required based on business needs. On‑call rotation required. Travel is primarily local.
