The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget, for the local Paul Davis office.

- Base Salary up to £80,000 PLUS Monthly Uncapped Bonus Structure

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using company resources and subcontractor trades.
- Interact and communicate with customers and carriers frequently on project status.
- Create work orders for projects.
- Schedule vendors and subcontractors for repairs.
- Manage on-site foremen for each project.
- Order materials.
- Review estimates and align budgets with project estimators.
- Provide weekly updates on active projects.
- Monitor job sites for safety, quality, and training opportunities.

Requirements:
