The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget, for the local Paul Davis office.

  • Base Salary up to £80,000 PLUS Monthly Uncapped Bonus Structure

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using company resources and subcontractor trades.
  • Interact and communicate with customers and carriers frequently on project status.
  • Create work orders for projects.
  • Schedule vendors and subcontractors for repairs.
  • Manage on-site foremen for each project.
  • Order materials.
  • Review estimates and align budgets with project estimators.
  • Provide weekly updates on active projects.
  • Monitor job sites for safety, quality, and training opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in construction and construction management/supervision.
  • Five or more years of management or leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Class A or B General Contractor's License.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
