Paul Davis Restoration of the Delmarva Peninsula is currently looking to hire for the position of Reconstruction Project Coordinator.
Project Coordinator Job Description:
Works as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. The coordinator will oversee and organize Reconstruction jobs. The coordinator will supply support and training to the team, ensure KPI compliance, create and assist with scheduling and dispatching. Coordinator must have enthusiasm and passion for identifying better ways to organize and assist jobs to a successful completion in a respectful manner to our customers, project supervisors (PM) and all other team members. Coordinator’s primary goal is to get jobs completed per the terms of the contract in a smooth and organized manner including collecting monies owed with all involved. Coordinators direct report is the COO. Coordinator must have the skill set, professionalism, and temperament to motivate and assist the entire team to work together.
