We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as a Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor. This role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination. Staffing primarily for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, screen, and onboard day labor workers
- Schedule and manage multiple teams across job sites
- Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor
- Conduct field recruiting beyond the office
- Provide on-site training and supervision when needed
- Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
- Serve as main point of contact between workers and clients
- Track attendance, performance, and productivity
Administrative & Onboarding Duties
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires
- Handle paperwork and orientation
- Maintain candidate data using Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
- Create reports and communicate updates
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams
- Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred
- Experience in construction/demo/cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel
- Reliable transportation
