As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
- Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided.
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects.
- Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
- Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
- Coach and train restoration technicians.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- IICRC certification a plus, not required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
Compensation: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
