BASIC FUNCTIONS: Responds to all activities of emergency services and oversees restoration services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity professionally.
- Serve as the point person and first responder for emergency losses.
- Establish and document the scope of work to be accomplished.
- Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Water Services, including extraction, drying plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate and supervise Emergency Fire/Smoke Services, including deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups, and securing structures.
- Coordinate and supervise Mold Remediation, including demolition and cleaning.
- Coordinate and supervise carpet and furniture upholstery cleaning.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and expendables, including MSDS sheets.
- Communicate effectively with management and customers.
- Train and supervise emergency services technicians and assistants.
- Maintain relationships with adjusters and provide updates as needed.
- Perform on-call rotations as required.
- Complete jobs successfully and secure certificates of completion.
- Must be able to climb ladders, lift at least 75 pounds, work in confined spaces, and handle chemicals safely.
- Hold required IICRC certifications: Water Restoration Technician, ASD, Fire & Smoke Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation (PDR), Carpet & Upholstery Technician (PO).
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and current driving record.
