The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned commercial client sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned.
- Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors.
- Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins.
- Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins.
- Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups.
- Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required).
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a high level of physical exertion. Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.
