Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist team members and foster positive interdepartmental relationships.

- Gather information through strong listening and communication skills, ask questions, and monitor business aspects to identify issues.
- Manage all phases of job costing.
- Oversee daily franchise operations when the owner is unavailable.
- Maintain accounting, computer, and financial records.
- Request and update workplace safety certificates and insurance coverage for subcontractors.
- Process timesheets and payroll.
