In this technical position, you will be responsible for assisting with residential and commercial air quality control procedures, including mold remediation, odor control, disinfection, and air cleaning. Full training will be provided, and it is possible to convert to a Full-Time position depending on performance. You will be traveling in a company vehicle to service locations within North Central MA and NH.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial air quality procedures, including controlling contamination at the source and removing contamination as needed.
- Become familiar with the use of specialized equipment, including compressors, Lafferty sprayers, air scrubbers, HEPA vacuum systems, and others.
- Learn to use proprietary Green EPA registered products.
- Collaborate with the team to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work with heavy equipment in enclosed environments such as attics, basements, etc.
- Comfortable using required PPE (full face masks, safety glasses, disposable coveralls, gloves).
- Technical degree or certification is desired but not required.
- Awareness of health and safety issues.
- Ability to adapt to work schedules and flexible hours.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills.
