Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Manager based in Swindon/Gloucester area. The Field Manager will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff working at multiple sites. This includes monitoring the cleaning of commercial sites and ensuring standards are met via continuous auditing and cleaning. It involves complying with Health & Safety legislation, and facilitating training to ensure appropriate skill levels are met. The role is a 40 hour working week Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning industry experience is essential
• Ability to manage a team of people and clients
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Full driving licence is essential – a company van is provided
• Full DBS checks will be required
