The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites. Monday to Friday 5pm to 11pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned.
  • Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors.
  • Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins.
  • Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins.
  • Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups.
  • Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required).
  • Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires a high level of physical exertion.
  • Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.
