About the Role
- Assist in verifying and maintaining compliant asset data for project completion.
- Conduct audits of legacy asset data in accordance with ERIM standards and Data Verification requirements.
- Conduct audits using our internal geospatial system (LISA) to validate and verify data from the Master Site Plans and the Land Management plans.
- Affix labels to assets following approved labelling instructions and guidelines.
- Responsible for assigning barcodes to the contractors and keeping an up-to-date register.
- Submit Audits based on Project and Legacy works.
- Prepare and submit reports to both PSS and PDS teams in required internal formats (ENF, GDL, Audit Reports).
- Liaise with internal team members to assist with ad-hoc site reviews and respond to queries related to previous inspections.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive notes to support auditing and quality assurance processes.
About You
- Strong knowledge in construction or defence bases.
- Engineering background.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
- Competence in Excel and internal reporting formats.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
- Willingness to spend multiple days away on rural sites.
You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
