My client is an award-winning advice firm with offices in Norfolk and Suffolk; they have been established for over 35 years. My client is looking for an experienced administration professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a mindset that naturally looks to improve processes as well as someone who enjoys working collaboratively to support their established operations team. Role Purpose

You will provide administrative support to the Operations Department maximising back-office system functionality, producing a range of reports and data analysis, and assisting with operational queries. You will have involvement in multiple projects across the department, the purpose of these projects is to enhance the service delivered to clients as well as supporting the team and will involve keeping records up to date on my clients back office systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will update various records, primarily on my clients back-office system for data cleansing and running various exception reports and team liaison.
  • You will maintain and evolve a number of systems and processes to help keep the support teams working effectively.
  • You will provide data analysis and reporting across the back-office with a focus on core client data held ensuring the team are keeping records up to date.
  • You will assist with testing and implementing new functionality available on the back-office systems.
  • You will have involvement in a wide variety of projects, which will enable business and team efficiencies and benefit from new technology as it becomes available, including client processes.
  • You will update tax year-end legislation changes across several systems.
  • Working with Document Designer on the template area of my clients back-office system, which is used to set up and maintain a range of documents for the teams use.
  • Advise and support on IT queries where possible.
  • Compile data for bulk mailings from my clients back-office system.
  • Maintain and update your own personal development record.
