E-commerce Coordinator (Moto-Electrical) Maternity cover ASAP until September 2027 could lead to a permanent role too as they are super busy!

You will need your own transport to get to the location as not near pubic transport.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Varied work and a friendly work environment!

You will be Supporting the day-to-day management and development of the company's e-commerce channels, ensuring products, content, promotions and customer information are accurate, up to date and presented effectively.

The role works closely with marketing, sales, operations, customer service and warehouse team as well as the external partners to help maximise online sales and customer experience.

Key responsibilities Website & Online Store Management by working closely with Web Admin * Ensure product information, availability and promotions are accurate. * Check website pages regularly for errors, broken links and outdated content. * Support website merchandising and product categorisation. * Assist with website updates and new product launches.

E-commerce Operations * Monitor orders and liaise with internal teams regarding stock. * Coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns. * Maintain product and customer-related information across relevant systems.

Sales & Performance * Monitor online sales, orders, conversion rates and website traffic. * Produce regular e-commerce reports and performance updates. * Identify issues or opportunities affecting online sales. * Support promotional activity and online trading plans. * Assist with analysing sales and customer data.

Marketing & Content * Ensure website content is consistent with the company's brand. * Support SEO activities by maintaining accurate product descriptions, page titles and other website content. * Assist with social media and digital marketing activity where relevant.

Marketplace Management * Maintain product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, e Bay or other third-party platforms.

Administration & Coordination * Maintain e-commerce spreadsheets, product databases and reports. * Coordinate with suppliers, * Raise and track website or system issues. * Assist with stock and product data management.
