Office & Sales Administrator

My great client is looking for a new team member to join their friendly and dynamic company

Full time/permanent 8:30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch) or 9am to 5pm (30 mins lunch) - 37.5 hour week

£25,000 k per annum

Purchase and sales tasks:

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders.
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
• Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters.
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems.
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date.
• Planning future capacity requirements.
• Producing regular reports and statistics
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment, overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.

Key requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with Business Central would be a great Advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) are essential.
• Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
• Work well under own initiative.
