Domestic Heating Surveyor Norwich, Norfolk £46,000 - £48,000 per annum Service Service is recruiting for an experienced Domestic Heating Surveyor to join a well-established organisation based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically knowledgeable Heating Surveyor to carry out property surveys, design heating systems and provide technical support for domestic heating installations across a range of technologies. Key Responsibilities * Carry out detailed property surveys for domestic heating installations * Produce accurate heating system designs and specifications * Assess site conditions, installation risks and regulatory requirements * Support projects involving gas, oil, electric, renewable and low-carbon heating systems * Work closely with installation teams, subcontractors and internal colleagues * Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during installation * Support quality assurance and ensure installations meet required standards * Ensure heating solutions are safe, efficient and suitable for the customer About You * Experience surveying domestic properties and designing heating systems * Strong technical knowledge of domestic heating and installation practices * Understanding of different heating technologies and fuel types * Good knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements * Strong communication and customer-facing skills * Good attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving * Full UK driving licence Qualifications Ideally, you will hold: * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating * Low Temperature Design qualification * ACS qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT, or equivalent * Additional qualifications in renewable or oil heating would be advantageous What's on Offer * £46,000 - £48,000 per annum * Company van provided * 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Holiday entitlement increasing with service * Family-friendly policies * Health and wellbeing support * Ongoing training and development opportunities This is a great opportunity for an experienced Heating Surveyor looking to develop their career while working across a varied range of domestic heating projects, including renewable and low-carbon technologies.
