Service is recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Setter / Operator to join a manufacturing business in Thetford. This role supports a permanent night shift, working Monday to Thursday, and involves setting and operating CNC turning centres to produce precision components to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate CNC turning machines, including tooling, offsets, and work holding
  • Prove out jobs safely and ensure parts meet drawing specifications
  • Work with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi (DMG MORI)
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and basic GD
