Internal Sales Assistant My professional client based just outside of Wymondham are looking for an internal sales Assistant to join their thriving and dynamic team! You would need your transport to get to my client as not on a bus or train route. £25,500k - £26,500K (DOE) plus commission with an OTE of £30K - £32K Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm My client is looking for a team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The role: My client is seeking an organised and proactive Internal Sales Assistant to join their team in the finance industry. You will support the development of new business opportunities and maintain the best level of service to existing clients. The role combines client communication with administrative support, including keeping records up to date, coordinating onboarding, and preparing sales information for the team. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls and emails from client Respond to routine client enquiries, record their needs in their CRM system, arrange follow-up with the appropriate team member and manage sales pipeline Research potential new business opportunities and maintain accurate prospect records Support lead generation through market research, outreach, networking activity, and follow-up Help prepare presentations and information about financial products and services for client Compile sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management Qualifications: Experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or account support role; experience in finance is helpful.
