Service is recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to join a growing organisation offering commercial office and workshop space across three sites. This is a consultative B2B sales role, where you'll work with businesses to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable workspace solution. You'll manage enquiries, develop new business and guide customers through the process from initial enquiry through to securing their space.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with businesses to understand their workspace requirements
- Sell commercial office and workshop space across three locations
- Manage incoming enquiries and convert opportunities into new business
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct viewings and discuss available spaces and facilities
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to agreement
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Negotiate commercial terms where appropriate
- Attend networking and business events to generate new opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
- Previous B2B, consultative or solution-based sales experience
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Confident conducting sales meetings and property/workspace viewings
- Commercially focused with good negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems
What's on Offer
- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
