We are looking for sales-driven candidates for an ambitious, forward-thinking business that is establishing a new sales team to develop new areas within the business. The basic starting salary is £25,000/annum and with uncapped commission, you can realistically expect to be earning £30-£35,000/annum within your first year and more than £40,000/annum thereafter. You will, of course, be given comprehensive training in order to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional to join the business in an important stage of growth. This role will require you to create business pipeline opportunities by making outbound calls and marketing emails to prospective clients, developing and supercharging the relationship, and selling commercial services.
The skill set that you will need to have:
- Be ambitious, tenacious and have the eye to spot a business opportunity
- Excellent communication skills and a good level of IT literacy
- Be confident and concise on the telephone: able to lead a conversation and advise when needed
- A determined desire to succeed and a highly motivated mindset
- Ideally, commercial experience within a target or KPI-driven environment but this is not essential; this is a personality-led role that will suit someone who is driven, focused, productive, and organized!
