CNC Miller Programmer Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts Service Service is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter to join an established precision engineering business in Great Yarmouth. Working with FANUC-controlled machines, you'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing precision components to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities * Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines using FANUC controls. * Independently programme and set jobs from engineering drawings. * Select appropriate cutting tools and work-holding equipment. * Work to tight tolerances and inspect finished components. * Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workshop safety. About You * Proven CNC milling experience, including programming and setting. * Experience with FANUC controls. * Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Good knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes. * Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. * Reliable, professional and proud of producing quality work. What's on Offer * Salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. * Overtime paid at time and a half. * 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays. * Company pension scheme. * Workwear and PPE provided. * Varied precision engineering work, from prototypes to production batches. Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 6:30am–3:00pm. * Friday: 6:30am–2:00pm. * 39-hour paid working week, with a paid morning break. * Overtime opportunities available.
