RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and maintain the financial systems, including the preparation of annual budgets and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required standards.
- Collate monthly wages information and process payments (PAYE).
- Administer the pension scheme.
- Invoicing.
- Credit control.
- General Administration duties.
- AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- At least two years relevant experience of finance administration, proven budget setting and payroll experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and finance software.
- Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Excellent problem solving ability alongside strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and deal effectively with a busy workload.
- Strong MS Office Skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
