Service Service is recruiting for a senior‑level Electrical & RF Calibration Manager on behalf of a globally recognised engineering organisation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the development and delivery of high‑precision electrical and RF calibration products across their full lifecycle.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, technical direction, and innovation within a highly specialised test and measurement environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end product delivery and lifecycle management for electrical and RF calibration systems
  • Manage and develop cross‑functional engineering teams across hardware, software, and firmware
  • Define system architectures with a focus on RF performance, signal integrity, and metrology standards
  • Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical deliverables
  • Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk management activities
  • Drive best practice in systems engineering, integration, and verification processes
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends
  • Support continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards

About You
  • Degree qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)

  • Experience within test & measurement, calibration, or metrology environments
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
  • Strong systems engineering knowledge and structured development approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
