Overview Service Service is recruiting for a talented Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer for an established HVAC, refrigeration and heat pump specialist based in Norwich. This is a field-based role covering Norfolk and Suffolk, offering a strong package, overtime opportunities, and structured on‐call arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and install air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump systems.

Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and domestic systems.

Support installation projects when required.

Participate in an on‐call rota (currently 1 in 5, moving to 1 in 6).

Work away from home when required (accommodation and food fully paid).

Skills & Experience Required

F‐Gas qualification essential (hydrocarbon preferred).

Minimum 5 years\’ experience in refrigeration and air conditioning.

PASMA certification advantageous.

VRV / VRF experience beneficial.

Full UK driving licence.

Flexible approach to travel, overtime, and on‐call work.
