My client is a boutique advice practice based in southeast rural Norfolk. They are currently looking for an experienced financial services administrator to join their already experienced team of admin staff and paraplanners supporting the businesses current team of advisers.
Key duties:
- Liaising with advisers and colleagues in all aspects of the business process
- Speaking with insurance companies and investment companies to obtain specific information
- Preparation of investment reports and review packs for existing clients
- Preparation of new business packs for prospective clients of the firm
- Use of back office system to construct data records and obtain information for existing clients
- Assisting the advisers to ensure business is processed efficiently and accurately
- Complying with FCA rules and internal compliance procedures
Key personal skills required for this role are:
- Honesty
- Integrity
- Reliability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Mathematics and English qualifications (grade C and above)
- A good telephone manner
- Experience within financial services, ideally within an insurance company or financial advisory business
