Business Development Consultant

My wonderful client is looking for a Business Development Consultant Office based Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm Salary will depend on experience £27k to £30K basic salary (plus profit share) My client are a well established, friendly and busy company, looking for a new team member with a good work ethic and who already has proven sales ability; confident to pick up the telephone and have a conversion with a new potential client or chase up a quote to get over the line. Duties will include:- * Contacting new and existing customers to inform them about new and existing products and services. * Responding to incoming sales enquiries and orders. * Generation of qualified leads for field sales staff. * Informing customers about product promotions. * Collate and report on marketing intelligence as required * Ensuring Sales Targets are reached. * Be assertive with a positive attitude. * Be enthusiastic and conscientious. * Have a proactive approach to work.
