Claims & Office Administrator (temporary to permanent) in Aylsham, Norfolk. On-site (free parking), 35 hours per week. Flexible working considered (including part-time, compressed hours, and some remote working for the right candidate). Rota-based role (includes evenings and 2 Saturdays per month on a rota basis).
My client is looking for a Claims & Office Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team. You’ll handle insurance claims mainly for jewellery warranty policies, speaking with retail partners, assessing claims, and authorising valid repairs or replacements. Full training is provided – no previous insurance experience required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling and administering insurance claims
- Taking inbound calls from retail stores
- Gathering claim details and assessing policy coverage
- Authorising valid claims and managing outcomes
- Updating systems, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Supporting other insurance products when required
- General office administration and team support
