Auto Electrician

Up to £18.00 per hour
The Role
- Install, test and fault-find electrical systems on new recovery vehicles.
- Build wiring looms, junction boxes and ancillary equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults on used vehicles.
- Assist with hydraulic and mechanical fitting when required.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy workshop environment.
About You
- Time-served background in automotive electrics.
- Ideally, at least three years' relevant experience.
- Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks, construction plant, truck bodywork or forklift trucks would be beneficial.
- Good organisation, time management and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible and confident in the quality of your work.
What's on Offer
- Up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Overtime available at enhanced rates.
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
