Service Service is recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich.
This is a hands-on role working on the fabrication and welding of aluminium components for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle applications. The successful candidate will be able to work from detailed engineering drawings and produce high-quality fabrication work to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium from 2.5mm to 10mm thickness
- Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Carry out fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy
- Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required
- Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
About You
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication
- Aluminium welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working with aluminium fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good time management and organisational skills

- 40-hour working week - Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
