Senior RF Hardware Engineer Hybrid with travel to Norwich office £85,000 per annum Service Service is recruiting for an experienced Senior RF Hardware Engineer to join an established engineering business developing precision RF and electrical calibration equipment. This is a hybrid role with travle to the Norwich office as required. This is a senior technical role responsible for the design, simulation, validation and lifecycle of RF and mixed-signal hardware, from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture and design of precision RF and mixed-signal hardware. Design across DC to 27GHz, with 50GHz+ experience desirable. Perform RF simulation, modelling and analysis using tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS or CST. Use VNAs, spectrum/phase-noise analysers, signal generators, power meters and TDRs. Lead design reviews, verification, risk management and component obsolescence. Work closely with manufacturing and test teams on design-for-manufacture and yield. Provide technical leadership and mentoring across the engineering team. Contribute to future RF technology and product development. The Ideal Candidate: Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic, RF or Microwave Engineering. 10+ years' hands-on precision RF/mixed-signal hardware experience. Proven track record of taking RF products into production. Strong knowledge of low phase noise, signal generation, frequency conversion and signal integrity. Experience with RF simulation and test equipment. Good understanding of metrology and measurement traceability. Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
