Job Description Senior RF Hardware Engineer \n Hybrid with travel to Norwich office \n £85,000 per annum \n Service Service is recruiting for an experienced Senior RF Hardware Engineer to join an established engineering business developing precision RF and electrical calibration equipment. \n This is a hybrid role with travle to the Norwich office as required. \n This is a senior technical role responsible for the design, simulation, validation and lifecycle of RF and mixed-signal hardware, from concept through to production. \n \n Lead architecture and design of precision RF and mixed-signal hardware. \n Design across DC to 27GHz, with 50GHz+ experience desirable. \n Perform RF simulation, modelling and analysis using tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS or CST. \n Lead design reviews, verification, risk management and component obsolescence. \n Work closely with manufacturing and test teams on design-for-manufacture and yield. \n Provide technical leadership and mentoring across the engineering team. \n \n The Ideal Candidate: \n \n Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic, RF or Microwave Engineering. \n \n An excellent opportunity for a highly experienced RF engineer to take technical ownership of complex, high-performance RF hardware within a specialist engineering environment. \n This is a hybrid role with travel to the Norwich office as required. \
