Job Description This role is for an experienced Account Executive or an insurance professional looking for their next challenge or progression into a senior role. \n My client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded insurance professional to join their successful brokerage. n This is an opportunity for someone who is driven with a strong character and relationship-building skills to develop into a key commercial leader within the East of England. You'll work closely with my client's senior leadership team to grow existing client relationships as well as identify new business opportunities and help strengthen my client's presence across the count of Suffolk. \n Main duties \n \n You will build and developing strong relationships with commercial clients across Suffolk. \n You will provide professional and independent insurance advice tailored to client needs. \n You will work closely with the Account Director to support strategic growth plans. \n You will maintain a visible presence in the local business community and developing key stakeholder relationships. \n You will support client retention through excellent service and relationship management. \n You will ensure all activities are conducted in line with regulatory requirements and company standards. \n \n Key experience \n \n You will hold experience within commercial insurance, either as an Account Executive, Development Executive, Account Handler or similar role. \n You will possess a strong understanding of the local business community and commercial insurance market. \n You will possess excellent relationship-building and communication skills. \n You will possess excellent commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities. \n You will be committed to continuous professional development and maintaining technical knowledge. \n \n Qualifications \n \n Insurance qualifications (Cert CII or working towards) desirable. \n A full UK driving licence will be required. \n \n Benefits \n 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (with the opportunity to purchase up to three additional holiday days each year) \n Company car or an allowance to enable you to undertake your role in the area \n Discretionary annual Company bonus scheme \n Life Insurance (4 x DIS) \n Bupa Cashplan \n Pension scheme \n Support with regard to professional training, development and qualifications \n Funded professional memberships \n Client introduction commission incentive \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
