My client is a very well established independent mortgage and protection brokerage based in a market town just west of Norwich. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced and CeMAP qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their team of professionals. This opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of a long-standing staff member and offers the right candidate the chance to take over an existing book of clients and repeat business.
The successful candidate will guide clients from initial consultation through to completion, assessing affordability, recommending suitable mortgage solutions from a whole of market panel of lenders, and delivering clear and compliant advice. You will also identify protection needs to ensure clients and their families are fully protected.
A strong focus on customer service, compliance, and positive client outcomes is essential. My client is a reputable local firm with an excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will meet with clients to understand their financial circumstances, goals, and mortgage needs.
- You will provide clear, tailored advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment options.
