My client is a successful Independent Financial Advice Practice with offices throughout East Anglia, managing over a billion in funds. They are a sizeable group with over seventy employees but maintain a small and personable collective of likeminded professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Paraplanner (partly qualified candidates with strong exposure to paraplanning will be considered) to join my client's existing group of administration support professionals. The purpose of this role is to work alongside my client's advisers to create and recommend financial plans that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively, delivering a positive experience for clients.
  • Undertake complex client-specific analysis such as CGT assessment and reporting, target funding, and IHT evaluation using appropriate software to provide detailed information.
  • Independently write new suitability reports and complete technical research to a high standard for all new business including: Offshore bonds, Onshore/Offshore bond tax calculations, pension tapered annual allowance calculations, CGT calculations, IHT calculations, BR/AIM/EIS/VCT/DGT.
