My client provides practical and intelligent Corporate Recovery, Personal Debt and Strategic Business Planning Solutions.
My client realises that people are central to the success of their business and at present they are looking to recruit a fully qualified Licenced Insolvency Practitioner to join their existing team of professionals.
My client is happy for this role to be carried out remotely, however you must be happy to travel to their offices in Norfolk at a minimum of once a month.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and experienced, you may currently be a self-employed practitioner considering your own exit strategy in the coming years.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Full JIEB IP Licence holder (appointment taker) * you must be happy to take appointments
• Leading and motivating teams (my client team are an experienced group of autonomous professionals, as such minimal management is required, but as senior member of staff you will need to occasionally get involved in offering insight and guidance to those working directly for/with you)
• Taking full responsibility for quality of case progression
• Managing a caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency work from start through to closure
• Provide clear, contentious updates to Director / Insolvency Practitioners regarding progress of cases
• Proposing and managing case strategy with relevant back up on case file
• Dealing with contentious creditor claims, antecedent transactions and case matters
• Managing monthly billing projections and reviewing timesheets
• Monitoring the work in progress for each case and costs to budget
• Assist with holding initial client meetings with directors
• Dealing with the sale of assets and providing instructions to agents and solicitors
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate flexibility and the willingness to progress within the business. As a growing business, my client looks for people who are results driven who are prepared to roll up their sleeves and help drive the company forwards.

• Fully JIEB qualified
