My client provides practical and intelligent Corporate Recovery, Personal Debt, and Strategic Business Planning Solutions. They are looking to recruit a fully qualified Licenced Insolvency Practitioner to join their existing team of professionals. This role can be carried out remotely; however, you must be happy to travel to their offices in Norfolk at least once a month.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Full JIEB IP Licence holder (appointment taker) - you must be happy to take appointments
- Leading and motivating teams - as a senior member of staff, you will need to occasionally offer insight and guidance to those working directly for/with you
- Taking full responsibility for quality of case progression
- Managing a caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency work from start through to closure
- Provide clear, contentious updates to Director / Insolvency Practitioners regarding progress of cases
- Proposing and managing case strategy with relevant backup on case file
- Dealing with contentious creditor claims, antecedent transactions, and case matters
- Managing monthly billing projections and reviewing timesheets
- Monitoring the work in progress for each case and costs to budget
- Assist with holding initial client meetings with directors
- Dealing with the sale of assets and providing instructions to agents and solicitors
