Are you a practice experienced IFA Administrator looking for a new role in the sector. My client is one of the largest Financial Planning firms in the county of Norfolk, they currently have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant who will also act as a Financial Services Administrator with exposure to Paraplanning duties such as report writing and research, assisting one of the Directors of the company (please note you do not need to have carried out paraplanning duties previously but this would be advantageous); as such you must have experience of working in an IFA practice setting ideally working alongside or closely with a Financial Planner. Main purpose of the role This role is to support one of the company’s Directors, a qualified and experienced Financial Planner with a wealth of experience and knowledge as well as a large number of clients to service, this role will be to assist them in servicing their clients in the most efficient and professional way. This vacancy has arisen due to internal progression and whilst you will be supported should you wish to progress into advice, this is not a prerequisite of the role should you be happy in a more administrative position.
