Service Service is recruiting for an experienced Domestic Heating Surveyor to join a well-established organisation based in Norwich.
/n
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically knowledgeable Heating Surveyor to carry out property surveys, design heating systems and provide technical support for domestic heating installations across a range of technologies.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Carry out detailed property surveys for domestic heating installations
/n
- Produce accurate heating system designs and specifications
/n
- Assess site conditions, installation risks and regulatory requirements
/n
- Support projects involving gas, oil, electric, renewable and low-carbon heating systems
/n
- Work closely with installation teams, subcontractors and internal colleagues
/n
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during installation
/n
- Support quality assurance and ensure installations meet required standards
/n
- Ensure heating solutions are safe, efficient and suitable for the customer
/n
/n
About You
/n
/n
- Experience surveying domestic properties and designing heating systems
/n
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic heating and installation practices
/n
- Understanding of different heating technologies and fuel types
/n
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
/n
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
/n
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
/n
- Full UK driving licence
/n
/n
Qualifications
/n
Ideally, you will hold:
/n
/n
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
/n
- Low Temperature Design qualification
/n
- ACS qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT, or equivalent
/n
- Additional qualifications in renewable or oil heating would be advantageous
/n
/n

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
