My client is a boutique advice practice based in southeast rural Norfolk. They are currently looking for an experienced financial services administrator/trainee paraplanner to join their already experienced team of admin staff and paraplanners supporting the businesses current team of advisers.
Key Duties
- Liaising with advisers and colleagues in all aspects of the business process
- Speaking with insurance companies and investment companies to obtain specific information
- Preparation of investment reports and review packs for existing clients
- Preparation of new business packs for prospective clients of the firm
- Use of back office system to construct data records and obtain information for existing clients
- Assisting the advisers to ensure business is processed efficiently and accurately
- Complying with FCA rules and internal compliance procedures
Key Personal Skills Required

- Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Mathematics and English qualifications (grade C and above)
- A good telephone manner
- Experience within financial services, ideally within an insurance company or financial advisory business
