What You’ll Do
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships and project delivery
- Work with technical teams to ensure service excellence
- Present detailed technical proposals
- Track sales activity through CRM
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in business development (ideally renewables/heating)
- 5+ years in installations (Gas, HVAC, or Plumbing)
- Knowledge of Air/Ground Source Heat Pumps
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and commercial skills
