We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across commercial and domestic projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, developing new business opportunities and supporting the delivery of high-quality, low-carbon heating solutions.

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Manage client relationships and project delivery

Work with technical teams to ensure service excellence

Present detailed technical proposals

Track sales activity through CRM
? What You’ll Need

2+ years in business development (ideally renewables/heating)

5+ years in installations (Gas, HVAC, or Plumbing)
-
Knowledge of Air/Ground Source Heat Pumps

Full UK Driving Licence

Strong communication and commercial skills
