Temporary Booking in Clerk/ Customer Service Agent £12.00 per hour. Hours 0830am – 16:30pm Monday to Friday. My client based near Norwich airport is looking for a Temporary Booking in Clerk/ Customer Service Agent to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will cover a broad spectrum of tasks, the main functions of the role are:• Unboxing and transporting items from goods in, to the administration area• Processing the items, booking them onto company system whist ensuring the correct serial number and accounts are used. • Passing them to the relevant department• Customer Service – emails / telephone• Other ad hoc admin related dutiesThe ideal candidates will need,• Excellent attention to detail, solid data entry skills.• Good administration skills, typing, telephone experience and a willingness to learn• Work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.• Excellent Computer skills• Ideally have own transport or live local, due to location The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 0830am – 16:30pm …
