As our Google Ads Manager, your mission is simple: run Google Ads like a pro and drive massive impact from day one. You’ll bring deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, CRM tracking integrations, and performance-driven strategy.

If you’ve been running high-performing Google Ads accounts for at least 5 years, thrive on data, sweat the small stuff, and have top-tier communication skills—this is the role you’ve been waiting for.

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize search, display, video, and local service campaigns
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GA4 and CRM tracking integrations to ensure reliable attribution
  • Conduct in-depth performance audits and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Deep expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, tag implementation, and CRM integrations
  • Clear and fluent written and spoken English (this is non-negotiable)
  • A data-first mindset and a relentless drive for results

Bonus Points:

  • Experience running ads for home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and major CRMs
