We’re looking for an AI Automation Wizard to bring AI and automation to every corner of our business — from client reporting and onboarding to internal ops and campaign execution.

You’re a connector of tools. A puzzle solver with a knack for turning messy workflows into clean, automated machines. You can spot inefficiencies in your sleep and dream in APIs.

You’ll be the one our team turns to when they say “I think this could be automated.”

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining automations across Airtable, Zapier, Make.com, and n8n
• Creating AI Agents to run entire departments
• Integrating AI tools into existing workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, etc.)
• Creating internal systems that streamline client onboarding, reporting, and campaign management
• Working closely with the fulfillment team to identify time-wasting manual tasks and replace them with scalable systems
• Proactively proposing new ways we can level up our tech stack using AI + automations
• Collaborating with leadership to connect systems to metrics, dashboards, and insights

What You’ll Need

• 2–3+ years experience building automations and integrating AI tools into real workflows
• Comfort working with: Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and ChatGPT API
• Basic understanding of how to work with APIs and webhooks
• Self-starter who can take a vague idea and turn it into a functioning system
• Excellent documentation habits and solid organization skills
• Passionate about tech and constantly exploring what’s new

Bonus Points If You…

• Have backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Supabase etc.)
• Are comfortable building custom solutions when no plugin exists
• Have experience working inside marketing agencies or high-growth teams
• Have experience with prompt engineering and AI model tuning
