We are looking for a dynamic Retail Merchandiser to visit retail stores to transform our clients’ store displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales. As a key player in our team, you will craft visually appealing product presentations according to briefs set out by our client to ensure their merchandise shines. The Role

  • Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance.
  • Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
  • Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
  • Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues.
  • Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales.
  • You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
  • Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
  • Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.

Requirements

  • Valid and Full UK Driver’s License.
  • A smart phone to be able to complete store reporting.
  • Ability to communicate with in store teams.
