Service Express UK is seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive with a strong track record in selling Managed Services into new business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new direct business through cold outreach, social selling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct discovery meetings, understand customer needs, and tailor MIS solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Development, PreSales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, build 12‑month pipelines, and develop account plans for ISVs and key prospects.
- Create and share thought leadership content via blogs and social media.
- Represent the company at industry events and confidently articulate the value of Service Express offerings.
- Support internal reporting and forecasting processes, including ROI tracking and performance reviews.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tech stacks.
