We are seeking aContract Pricing Specialist to take information from sales to accurately price service agreements. The key role of our Contract Pricing Specialist is to research and obtain original equipment manufacturer costs then accurately provide vendor pricing, using Service Express templates.
Here’s what this position is all about…
- Support Senior Account Executives by providing vendor pricing based on provided product listing for various sales regions and ensure accurate information for service contract negotiations.
- Manage incoming requests for product pricing as effectively as possible to ensure a standard two business day turnaround or expedite as appropriate; prioritize work to meet short-term and long-term commitments.
- Decipher configuration files for pricing functions; sort and analyze to fill in the gaps, ensure value add and comprehensive pricing.
- Collaborate and partner with sales team; participate in assigned sales team huddles; listen to updates and provide updates as necessary to modify procedures or implement changes.
- Accurately price service contracts from various original formats provided by the customer or Senior Account Executive into Service Express templates.
- Obtain standard OEM/vendor pricing by researching and qualifying credible sources and data.
- Manage the Salesforce inbox in a timely fashion and document work appropriately to support efficient practices.
- Comprehend differentiations between domestic and international products and price points.
- Participate and complete process improvement projects as requested to build sustainable practices in support of growth initiatives.
- Continually update pricing database to enable future automated pricing and support efficient practices.
