Service Credit Union is seeking a Salesforce and MuleSoft Developer with 4+ years of hands‐on experience to strengthen our Salesforce development capacity, expand MuleSoft integration capabilities, and reduce dependency on external consultants. This dual‐skilled role ensures continuity, improves delivery velocity, and enhances stability across our Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
You will build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce custom development (Apex, LWC, integrations), MuleSoft APIs and flows, and cross‐platform integrations. This role plays a critical part in stabilizing existing integrations, delivering new APIs, enabling CI/CD improvements, and supporting major strategic initiatives.
Compensation: $126,930.24 - $158,662.80/yearly, depending on experience and qualifications. Junior level candidates typically start at the lower end of the range, with opportunities for growth as skills develop.

Position Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and Visualforce pages.
- Implement Apex test classes and data factories to maintain ≥75% code coverage for deployments.
- Support Salesforce configuration, workflows, and integration points with MuleSoft APIs.
- MuleSoft Development
- Design, build, and maintain Mule flows and APIs using RAML specifications.
- Build and maintain MUnit test suites (mocks, spies, coverage) integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Enforce API governance, versioning discipline, and environment parity across deployments.
- Cross‐Platform Integration
- Align and optimize data contracts, transformation logic, and error handling across Salesforce and MuleSoft.
- Stabilize existing integrations and improve monitoring, performance, and resilience.
- CI/CD, Quality & Automation
- Integrate Salesforce (SFDX) and MuleSoft (Maven/Jenkins) builds into automated CI/CD pipelines (Gearset deployments).
- Ensure test coverage, quality gates, and standardized deployment processes for both platforms.
- Roadmap & Project Support
- You will support and/or lead development on upcoming Salesforce/MuleSoft initiatives, including:
- New MuleSoft APIs for .NET, Salesforce, and external systems.
- Refactoring and stabilizing existing MuleSoft flows to streamline for efficiency.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years professional experience in Salesforce and/or MuleSoft development required.
- Strong Salesforce expertise: Apex, LWC, triggers, Visualforce, and test coverage practices required.
- Strong MuleSoft experience: RAML, API design, Mule flows, error handling, and Munit required.
- Hands‐on experience with CI/CD tooling (SFDX, Maven, Jenkins, Gearset) required.
- Understanding of integration patterns, API lifecycle management, and versioning required.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and cross‐system troubleshooting skills required.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams required.
- Experience with legacy MuleSoft integrations and improving monitoring desired.
- Background with .NET‐integrated APIs or cross‐platform data flows desired.
