Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Supervisor who will provide a variety of services to members and supervise branch personnel with the support and direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager.
Members are the priority at Service Credit Union, and every role at the credit union is responsible for supporting member solutions and contributing positively to the member experience.
Pay
Starting at $25.00/hour. Flexible based on experience.

A Day in the Life
- Assist Branch Manager and staff to meet assigned goals.
- Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services.
- Create a positive member experience each and every time through confidence and enthusiasm - you are the face of Service Credit Union.
- Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Outstanding leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
