- Répondre aux questions de base sur les services, les produits, la direction de la succursale, etc.
- Aviser immédiatement la direction au sujet d’enjeux de service à la clientèle ou de sécurité.
- Recevoir les biens de la personne décédée et respecter les procédures de chaîne de possession.
- Répondre au téléphone, trier et diriger les appels vers le personnel approprié.
- Offrir un environnement confortable et agréable pour les clients, fournir des rafraîchissements ou autres commodités aux familles.
- Faire le café.
- Garder la salle d'attente en ordre, vider les poubelles, replacer les boîtes de mouchoirs et maintenir l’ordre général.
- Recevoir le courrier et les colis.
- Organiser et mettre à jour les documents papier et électroniques, ainsi que les dossiers, comme les actes notariés et les documents de fiducies.
- Pourrait devoir taper des documents simples, faire de la révision, de la saisie de données et des impressions.
Exigences MINIMALES
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
- Expérience : 6 mois d'expérience de bureau, de réceptionniste ou de soutien administratif, de préférence.
- Capable d’utiliser efficacement un téléphone, un télécopieur, un photocopieur.
Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes
- Connaissance de l’informatique et de logiciels tels que la suite MSOffice.
- Ton de voix clair et professionnel.
- Compétences de relations professionnelles et interpersonnelles, pour gérer des situations sensibles et confidentielles.
- Agir avec calme, tact et diplomatie, en tout temps.
- Pouvoir travailler le samedi ou le dimanche et au-delà des heures « normales » de travail.
