Receives client families and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them courteously and appropriately. Answers, screens, and routes incoming phone calls plus other general office support duties.

  • RĂ©pondre aux questions de base sur les services, les produits, la direction de la succursale, etc.
  • Aviser immĂ©diatement la direction au sujet d’enjeux de service Ă  la clientèle ou de sĂ©curitĂ©.
  • Recevoir les biens de la personne dĂ©cĂ©dĂ©e et respecter les procĂ©dures de chaĂ®ne de possession.
  • RĂ©pondre au tĂ©lĂ©phone, trier et diriger les appels vers le personnel appropriĂ©.
  • Offrir un environnement confortable et agrĂ©able pour les clients, fournir des rafraĂ®chissements ou autres commoditĂ©s aux familles.
  • Faire le cafĂ©.
  • Garder la salle d'attente en ordre, vider les poubelles, replacer les boĂ®tes de mouchoirs et maintenir l’ordre gĂ©nĂ©ral.
  • Recevoir le courrier et les colis.
  • Organiser et mettre Ă  jour les documents papier et Ă©lectroniques, ainsi que les dossiers, comme les actes notariĂ©s et les documents de fiducies.
  • Pourrait devoir taper des documents simples, faire de la rĂ©vision, de la saisie de donnĂ©es et des impressions.

Exigences MINIMALES

  • DiplĂ´me d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
  • ExpĂ©rience : 6 mois d'expĂ©rience de bureau, de rĂ©ceptionniste ou de soutien administratif, de prĂ©fĂ©rence.
  • Capable d’utiliser efficacement un tĂ©lĂ©phone, un tĂ©lĂ©copieur, un photocopieur.

  • Connaissance de l’informatique et de logiciels tels que la suite MSOffice.
  • Ton de voix clair et professionnel.

  • Pouvoir travailler le samedi ou le dimanche et au-delĂ  des heures « normales » de travail.
